Give every page a separate job

Write one sentence explaining the question a proposed page answers. If two briefs solve the same problem with nearly the same material, combine them. A new page is worthwhile when it introduces a different decision, evidence set or useful depth. Synonym variants can live naturally on one strong page instead of becoming separate near-duplicates.

03

Create a brief that can be reviewed

  • Audience and decision: whose question is being answered?
  • Scope: which place, service or property type is actually covered?
  • Inputs: what comes from the agent, official sources or data?
  • Evidence: which claims need a citation, date or permission?
  • Connections: which page helps the reader before and after this one?
04

Start with the weakest dependency

If the agent profile is unclear, fix identity before multiplying articles. If local knowledge is missing, interview the agent and gather sources. If useful pages exist but are inaccessible, prioritise technical work. Use the implementation sequence to order the work rather than publishing to an arbitrary quota.
